Wow, the little gems you sometimes find to make your interaction with modern technology frictionless as possible!

Check out two helpful features of MS Office Outlook 2010 (both the 32 bit AND 64 bit installs);

Topic - Conversation View (assume this is set)
1) Ignore Conversation, say you have only been CC'd into a thread of a conversation and you feel it hase no interest for you any longer, RIGHT click on message (in Inbox with Conversation View set) select Ignore Conv & confirm the pop up dialog, Viola!

2) Clean up Conversation, cleans up very long emails bounced hither and fro, only leaving the relevant one - check the you tube for how easy it is.

Also check out the Quick Steps topic ... have to use Outlook 2010 at work and this should help me! :-!

Chris, Outlook 2007 may even have these features?

We installed it (Outlook 2007) on our old XP laptop before I motivated self to rebuild this tower PC, we liked it much more than the 2002 version (we skipped Outlook 2003) and the yicky Outlook Express!

I am really liking the latest Thunderbird client that I use for my business consultancy work (I do freelance CAD drafting and drawing management work for my clients) I use Firefox 6 and latest Thunderbird for browser and mail client respectively, Very impressed with both! *-:)
